Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience

Position summary
The Executive Director is a visionary and strategic leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations, growth, and success of River City Youth Ops. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will play a pivotal role in setting and executing the organization’s strategic vision, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
